Before Ordering:

We are able to ship our products to Australia, Cambodia, China, Croatia, France, Japan, Laos, Latvia, Macao S.A.R., China, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, United Kingdom (UK), United States.

Please make sure that your country’s Laws & regulations allow you to import a certain quantity of ED drugs for personal consumption without prescription.

You will be responsible to pay import duty, VAT and Tax, if applicable in your country.

Order, Payment, and Shipping:

When you place your order, we immediately email you an order confirmation. If you do not receive it, please check the email address you gave us is spelled correctly. If it is, please check your email SPAM folder. If it is not found there, please contact us from our Contact Us page by using an alternative email address.

Once your payment is completed, you should receive a second email to confirm your payment and your order is now in processing. If we are unable to fulfill your order or there is a payment problem we will email you.

Once the shipping is ready, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you accompanied by a tracking number.



We accept your cancellation within two hours after your payment is completed, otherwise, we are unable to accept your cancellation.

Delivery times(normal situation):

Your order is sent from India or Singapore.

Registered Airmail – 14 to 21 days
ePacket from Singapore – 12 to 16 days
EMS(Express Mail Service) – 7 to 12 days

Shipping method:

Your order is sent from India or Singapore.  We ship your order by Registered Airmail, EMS(Express Mail Service), and ePacket depending on destination and products. It is required your signature upon delivery depending on each country. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left to advise of the attempted delivery and how to contact the post office to arrange a re-delivery or where it is stored for collection.


Lost and Refund:

Reshipment can be done after 70 days from the first shipping date, if not delivered. If 2nd attempt of delivery is also lost or confiscated by the customs authority of the delivered country due to the violation of the law and regulations, there is no 3rd attempt of delivery and no refund is made.

We will not disclose your personal information to any other party except where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.
