Please make sure that your country’s Laws & regulations allow you to import a certain quantity of ED drugs for personal consumption without prescription.

Order, Payment and Shipping:
When you place your order, we immediately email you an order confirmation. If you do not receive it, please check the email address you gave us is spelt correctly. If it is, please check your email SPAM folder. If it is not found there, please contact us from our Contact Us page by using an alternative email address.
Once your payment is completed, you should receive a second email to confirm your payment and your order is now in processing. If we are unable to fulfil your order or there is a payment problem we will email you.
Once the shipping is ready, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you accompanied with a tracking number.
We accept your cancellation within two hours after your payment is completed, otherwise we are unable to accept your cancellation.

EMS(Express Mail Service) – 7 to 12 days
Whereabout of the shipped package can be tracked at http://globaltracktrace.ptc.post/gtt.web/ or http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/ . Please allow 3 to 5 days to appear the whereabouts.
Your order is sent from India or Singapore. We ship your order by Registered Airmail or EMS(Express Mail Service) depending on destination and products . It is required your signature upon delivery depending on each countries. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left to advise of the attempted delivery and how to contact the post office to arrange a re-delivery or where it is stored for collection.
Lost and Refund:
If the shipped package is lost and not delivered within 30 days after shipment, we will ship it again at free of charge. If 2nd attempt of delivery is also lost or confiscated by the customs authority of delivered country due to the violation of the law and regulations, There is no 3rd attempt of delivery and no refund is made.
